1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VidcomPhoto services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
VidcomPhoto provides professional photography services including event coverage, online photo galleries, print ordering, and AR-enhanced previews.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event receive a full refund. Print orders are non-refundable once processed.
4. Photo Usage Rights
Clients receive personal usage rights for all delivered photos. Commercial use requires additional licensing. VidcomPhoto retains the right to use photos in portfolio displays unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
VidcomPhoto is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including equipment failure, weather, or venue restrictions.
